About History Department:
The Department of
History at our college was established in 1980 with an
initial enrolment of 32 intermediate-level students. Currently, it offers
Honours and Generic Elective programs at the undergraduate level alongside
intermediate classes. Despite the rural location, our students are known for
their dynamism, regularity and sincerity.
The department organizes 2-4 seminars annually, including national-level events.
We maintain our own library, housing an ample collection of books and journals
from reputable publishers.
